Shipping Policy for Print-on-Demand Products
Processing & Production Time
Our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services (Printful and Printify). This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping begins.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. This means you may receive:
- Multiple packages arriving on different days
- Separate tracking numbers for each shipment
This is normal for our made-to-order products and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible from the facility closest to each product's production.
Shipping Methods & Time Frames
Once production is complete, shipping times vary by location:
- United States: 3-7 business days (Standard), 1-2 business days (Express)
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Express shipping available for US orders only.
For international orders (Canada, Australia, New Zealand), customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. For orders with multiple products, shipping rates may vary depending on whether items can ship together or require separate packaging.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships from our fulfillment partner.
Returns & Exchanges
- Quality issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll provide a free replacement or refund. Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong size/item: Since items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
