Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
What's Eligible We accept return requests on apparel items only. All other products, including hats, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
No Physical Returns Required Because our products are made to order, we do not require items to be shipped back. All eligible issues are resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Size Shipped Each product includes a detailed size guide on the product page. We encourage you to review measurements carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.
If you received the wrong size from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at hello@pixelpivotdesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item and tag. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Defective or Misprinted Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, print quality issue, or is incorrect from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at hello@pixelpivotdesign.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
Defects covered include misprints, print quality issues, manufacturing defects, and incorrect items shipped. Damage caused after delivery, incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, and general dissatisfaction with fit or color are not covered.
We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests that cannot be verified with photographic evidence, or that show signs of damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for returns or replacements:
- All non-apparel products (final sale)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
- General dissatisfaction with fit, color, or style
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Please contact us at hello@pixelpivotdesign.com to initiate.
Refunds Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@pixelpivotdesign.com.
